Educational leaders are juggling the complexities of distance learning, navigating technology tools, grappling with budget cuts, weighing student and staff mental health, and so much more. And leaders who are committed to best practices — while also being flexible, innovative, and empathetic enough to meet the evolving needs of students, staff, and parents — will be the ones who are able to transform schools during uncertain times.
Watch this webinar to meet three exceptional district leaders who not only transitioned their district to remote learning with ease, but are also employing effective, data-driven strategies to set their district up for success in the 2020-2021 school year.
Seguin ISD Superintendent Matthew Gutierrez, Ed.D.; Andrea Jaramillo, director of elementary and multilingual education; and Tracee Gonzales, K-2 elementary academic dean, joined Istation on September 22 for a webinar discussion with actionable takeaways and a live Q&A. Get an intimate look at how Seguin turned their district around and how to start the school year stronger than ever.
