No, Istation’s Pre-K & K assessments are fully funded and mandated by the MDE. The MDE will provide Mississippi districts and schools with more details on the next steps over the coming weeks.

Will Mississippi educators receive training on how to use Istation assessments?
Yes, training for educators is also funded by the MDE. Additional details will be shared by the MDE in the coming weeks.

When is the BOY testing window?
The BOY testing window is from August 19 to September 30, 2024.

Will there be ongoing support and resources available for educators?
Yes, Istation will provide continuous support through a dedicated team of experts. Educators will have access to online resources, training webinars, and customer service to address any questions or concerns.

Is Istation available for use in higher grade levels?
Yes, however, only assessments for grades Pre-K and K are fully funded and mandated by the MDE.
The MDE will also reimburse your district for grades 1-3. The reimbursement process for grades 1-3 is slightly different.
