In the 2024–25 school year, students who used Amira regularly saw >2x the score point growth on the NDSA ELA assessment. Third graders gained +15 points, 4th graders gained +17 points, and 5th graders gained +10 points. In the current year, Amira users are showing +55% acceleration in reading mastery and +6 extra weeks of fluency growth.

What reports does Amira provide?

Amira provides a Reading Risk Report with a Dyslexia Risk Index (DRI) score for each student, a Student Summary Report tracking progress across Scarborough’s Reading Rope domains, a Skills Status Report, a Standards Mastery Report, a Parent Report, and several others. Interactive walkthroughs are available for administrators and teachers.
